Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Elare reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

4. Payment

We accept payments through secure online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹4,999.

  • A COD charge of ₹150 applies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner availability. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must record an unboxing video before opening the package showing the sealed parcel and complete unpacking as proof. This video is required to process return or replacement requests.
