Return & Exchange Policy

At Elare, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 5-day return and exchange policy under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return  within 5 days of delivery of the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request:

  • Customers must record an unboxing video before opening the package, clearly showing the sealed package and the entire unpacking process.

  • This video serves as mandatory proof for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Without proper video evidence, we may not be able to process the return or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned after the 5-day return window

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Exchange Process

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the product as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Elare will arrange the return pickup or cover the return shipping cost.

For other returns, shipping charges may apply.
